IMR DEPARTMENT - PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Dimension

Responsibilities:
  • To prepare and oversee the Inspections, Maintenance & Repair interventions on Turret systems and CALM buoy, He or she shall ensure sufficient technical input is obtained from Engineering department
  • To prepare and oversee the integrations of swivels stacks and other mechanical related turret systems
  • This shall include on and offshore integrations,
  • When required, provide additional assistance on inspections and interventions on other mooring system related items

ln office:
  • Interpret failure reports from clients and advise on recommended actions,
  • Provide cast estimates including technical assistance to sales,
  • Plan, organize and prepare inspections and interventions on turret and/or CALM Buoy, This shall include project set-up, client contact, procedure preparations and writing, procurement on spares and tools, intervention planning, Risk assessment plan, logistics, cast control, potential change control and review of reports,
  • Obtain technical input if required from Engineering departments,
  • Final report clarification and debriefing with Client/Company, ln Operation
  • Perform site inspections and be part of the intervention teams on the projects involved,

including operating kick of meeting on site (briefing, HSE induction, etc)
  • On site supervision of the entire operation when required by client
  • Daily report + 24/7 engineering operations customers support





Required profile
  • Engineering degree
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within the offshore industry in a mechanical, hydraulics and electrical discipline,
  • Experience in offshore intervention activities for FPSO, FSO, installation vessel or CALM buoy, with exposure to site activities
  • Computer skill is required used of Pack office , knowledge oi EDMS, ECDR, Ez Search
  • Competent in spoken and written English,
  • Must be available to travel worldwide (between 30 and 60 days/year).
  • Able to work in a team, autonomous and committed to performance in operation environment
