Job dimension

The Job holder ensures and participates on the functioning of the MPE Service performance on the following activities:
- Methods
  • Organize and Follow the yearly referential program, the creation, revision and translation of the referential procedures, in order to ensure a an efficient follow up of TEPA's SIM Procedure related to the supply chain activities
  • Ensure loading of localized and referential documents in the local tool to ensure consistency of C&P referential and its respect by users
  • Update General & Particular T&Cs with the local specificities (local laws and regulations) in liaison with local service entity.
  • Participate in implementation of local templates and forms (SIM Procedure appendix).

- Processes / Organization
  • Follow the redaction and update of all MPM Work Instructions by Perform quality controls with accuracy, consistency, on due time
  • Provide new comers integration kit and monitor their integration process (tutorship, trainings, mandatory Compliance / Ethic and HSE courses...)
  • Participate actively on the organization and structure documentation for archiving of the C&P entity documents
  • Contribute on the analysis of the Supply Chain process by collecting critical and valuable comments, towards end users and identify improvements opportunities if possible.

- Training:
  • Liaise with HR entities about the follow-up of the C&P personnel to mandatory Compliance / Ethic and HSE courses participation and ensure correct reporting.
  • Prepare & Consolidate on a yearly basis the ACT training program, ensure with HR correspondents (HQ, TEPA) the planification and with operational manager the achievement and new skills implementation
  • Help to have the correct adaptation of all C&P staff competencies on each positions, that is by the following closely the monitoring (someone else) of C&P training path and follow up of C&P Staff training

The Job holder manages the Compliance:
  • Comply with all internal company rules and all applicable laws and regulation (JV rules, Country laws)
  • The Job holder adheres to the H3SE rules
  • Be in constant alignment with H3SE Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation
  • Take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger. Exercising caution as necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or avoid pollution.

  • To update the SIM / referential (procedures, standard contract, General & Particular T&Cs,...)
  • To participate to the improvement C&P practices
  • To issue documentation, procedure and report
  • To provide a cost-effective and time efficient services to specific areas

Required profile

Basic or intermediate level in other C&P competencies
C&P tools basic certification required
Qualification and background
Diploma: Bac+2 or recognized/certified experience equivalence
Professional experience: 1-3 years in oil and gas industry. Minimum 1 year as graduate methods
