Job dimension

The Audit Program consists of an estimated 200 Vendor Pre-qualification Audits which will
be conducted in Russian territory for the following commodities:
  • Pressure Vessels 28 audits to be performed between W38 and W42;
  • Rotating 5 audits between W40 and W42;
  • Packages 40 audits between W38 and W42;
  • Piping 50 audits between W38 and W42;
  • Instrumentation Systems 12 audits between W37 and W41;
  • Instrumentation Bulk 28 audits between W42 and W45;
  • Instrumentation Cables 10 audits between W44 and W49;
  • Electrical 19 audits between W45 and W49;
  • Electrical Switchboards 7 audits between W40 and W43.
  • The dates above are indicative only. Based on this tentative schedule, there will be a need for 15 Auditors at peak, and Auditors are expected to perform 2 audits per week.
  • Audit Reports must be signed with the Vendors at time of the Audit exit meeting. Audit
  • Reports must be communicated on a weekly basis to the Audit Coordinator.
  • SUBCONTRACTOR will perform the audits in either of 2 configurations:
  • Perform audits as Lead Auditor, accompanied by a Discipline Engineer (Co-Auditor)

knowledgeable with the audited commodity;
  • Where the Lead Auditor has a demonstrated knowledge for a given commodity, he / she may also act in Co-Auditor capacity (i.e. he/she will conduct the audit alone).

The basic documentation provided to SUBCONTRACTOR is:
Audit Report Template (attached for reference)
Detailed Audit checklist (will be provided before the audits, as it is Commodity dependent).

Project Procedures, State of the Art, as well as Quality Procedures applicable to the
Project, shall be implemented.
Safety awareness will be requested.
All documentation provided by the company and all audit reports produced are considered as
Confidential information and must be treated as such by SUBCONTRACTOR.

Required profile

The services to be performed by SUBCONTRACTOR require the following skills and
  • Lead Auditors must be qualified: Qualifications may be either official such as IRCA or may be based on prior demonstrated audit experience. This will be reviewed as part of the selection process.
  • Lead Auditors must be knowledgeable in the English language so as to be able to produce the audit report in English at the end of day 2 of the Audit, while still at Vendor premises.
  • Any particular technical competence / qualification for commodities listed in Section 2.2 above must be highlighted.
  • Proposed Auditors must be safety minded and demonstrate a positive attitude during the audits. They will be requested to complete a Safety Audit check-list while at Vendor premises.
  • For non-Russian auditors, prior experience in Russia must be highlighted.
  • For Russian auditors, sufficient level of English proficiency must be guaranteed.
