The Supplier shall provide a relevant answer to this Requisition File and commit to propose a

solution that comply with all the requirements such as, but not limited to, capability,

certification, qualification and so on.

The scope of supply consists in:

• Developing and maintaining part of the Integrated Master Schedule (covering Engineering Procurement / Maintenance / Commissioning & Operations) for a subset of plant systems with input from the project team.

• Using Primavera P6 for the Master Project Schedule and MS Project for various

• detailed schedules as needed to support the Engineering/Procurement/Construction group and Project needs.

• Providing analyses regarding activities, durations, links, and critical path; informing the Company when variations or delays from the plan are detected; forecasting completion dates; and recommending recovery plans to mitigate delays.

• Providing Primavera layouts to show the detailed Maintenance/Commissioning time schedules, summary schedules, critical path, Client and licensing organization approval activities, with meaningful milestones to track the project's status.

• Preparing and issuing formal daily, weekly and monthly reports and ad-hoc studies, analysis, and reports.

• Engineering/Procurement/Construction/Commissioning experience in complex industrial projects is required.

The supplier has to produce, each month, an activity report so called "Monthly report". This report shall include following items such as (not limited) a delivery note, supplier documentation references, main activities performed, list of deliverable and status…

Update of a portion of E/P/C/C schedule [3 days look ahead] - Primavera schedule update + pdf layout distributed - Daily basis.

Update of a portion of E/P/C/C schedule [4 weeks look ahead] - Primavera schedule update + pdf layout distributed - Weekly basis.

PPR report - Complete update of subset of Integrated Master Schedule for monthly report to the Company customer - Primavera schedule update + pdf layout distributed + analysis of the critical & subcritical sequences - Monthly basis.

Personnel Training and Nuclear Safety Culture:

The project staff has to be instructed and trained in the specific requirements,

procedures and instructions prior to start of work (according to CFS SI 13.06). A Safety

Culture has to be implemented in order to stimulate discussions, as well as to promote

practical action on all levels to enhance safety matters. Reference is made to the IAEA

(International Atomic Energy Association) reports "Safety Culture" INSAG 4 and "Key

Practical Issues in Strengthening Safety Culture" INSAG 15" which are available on the IAEA

website in the internet. The Company will provide presentation material considering the IAEA guidelines for suitable personnel instruction.

The supplier shall be responsible to provide appropriate Safety Culture training to its staff working on the Construction Site.

The training has to be documented (scope and participating persons).
