Job dimension

The SUBCONTRACTOR will perform the following tasks:

• Liaise with Subcontractor to ensure required inspection visits are scheduled and confirmed with sublet subcontractors, and properly notified according to ITP
• Liaise with inspection agencies through QCS team to mobilize inspector for Contractor surveillance activities and confirm subcontractor of attendance
• Initiate the review cycle of ITP and QC procedures, when applicable, and ensure comments are sent back to subcontractor
• Ensure pre-inspection meeting with subcontractor, sublet subcontractor and CPY are attended by a competent Contractor representative, when deemed necessary
• Expedite subcontractor to obtain inspection reports, review them, highlight any specific finding or action and make sure they are distributed to the concerned Project team members and discipline engineers
• Liaise with subcontractor the ITPs are correctly performed and executed
• Manage in proactive way the QC documentation and ensure subcontractor is collecting and preparing the final documentation
• Manage and expedite NCR closure before shipment of equipment and material
• Take immediate action with TMS engineering & supply manager to resolve any deficiency of subcontractor reported in the inspection process
• Report to Project quality and management the subcontractor activities, blocking point, issues and delivery status (including data necessary for Project KPI)

List of subcontractor purchase order;
Project specifications;
Applicable Codes and standards

PROCEDURES - METHODOLOGY
Project Procedures, the State of Art, as well as the Quality Procedures applicable to the relevant project, shall be implemented, in particular for:
Quality Management system
Turret mooring system engineering data

Required profile

The services to be performed by The SUBCONTRACTOR require the following skills and experience:

• Field of expertise in Inspection and expediting
• Independence
• Multi-disciplines and multiples interfaces coordination- Full knowledge of standards (API, AISC, etc.).
• Knowledge of the softwares: Office, EDMS (VDB)
