Job dimension

The Quality Engineer reports to the CFS Project Quality Manager.

Covering the nuclear island commissioning, operation and maintenance, the main tasks are:

• Subcontractor audit planning, performance and follow-up of findings.

• Internal surveillance: planning and performance of internal audits on different organizations.

• Participation to the project internal meetings (Quality, Maintenance, Commissioning) in order to ensure a smooth collaboration level of Quality with other departments.

• Organization / participation in external meetings with the client and subcontractors acc. to the needs.

• Collection & compilation of relevant information about QA activities in order to prepare the quality report.

• Review and maintenance of suppliers documentation like (QA Program, final documentation EOMRs, EERs)

• Prepare and perform the QA trainings

• Update of quality documentation (procedures, instructions, etc.)

• Review of purchase requests/orders/contracts from quality point if view

• Management of suppliers' qualification

• Elaboration of proposals for corrective and preventive actions from product and/or functional related non conformances. Support of NCR Manager

Required profile

• Suitable qualified and experienced person - quality manager, engineer

• A comprehensive knowledge of contracts requirements, codes & norms required by the various project specifications

• Good knowledge of MS office applications

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent level of English

• Minimum is bachelor's degree in engineering.

• Knows and understands quality assurance concepts, practices and standards.

• 3 years minimum experience as a project quality assurance or quality control personnel for industrial construction projects.

• 3 years minimum experience in conducting project quality audits, in surveillance of suppliers, performing the evaluations and reporting.

• Customer focus (internal and external). Effectively applying functional and technical skills, integrity and trust. Interpersonal skills: listening, organizing, problem solving.
