Location: Marseille, France + Aberdeen and Gabon

Job dimension

Location: Marseille (France) from 01/02 to 15/03 + Gabon for approx. 15 days in March (optional). A few trips to Aberdeen and Gabon shall be expected.
Diverless operations, disconnection of flanges with ROV tool and general Survey.
Role and responsibility:
  • Reports to Project Engineering Manager and Project Manager
  • Prepare decommissioning procedures / Tasks Plans and related supporting documents (rigging calculations, sequence drawings on autocad, etc.)
  • Prepare SIT procedure for specific ROV tooling
  • Follow & report ROV tool SIT
  • Supervise draftman for the preparation of detailed drawings
  • Support the Engineering Manager in the technical interfaces with Client and Subcontractors or act as his/her deputy
  • Attend Kick Off meeting and regular weekly meetings (travels to Aberdeen and Gabon might be required)
  • Support Project Manager in the preparation of weekly/monthly reports
  • Support HSE Manager in the preparation of HAZID meeting
  • Support Quality Manager in the preparation of ITPs
  • Support the Operations Engineer in the preparation of offshore operations and related deliverables (schedule, MTO, checklists, campaign report)
  • Participate to the lessons learnt after the project
  • Optional: Act as field engineer during offshore operations (circa 15 days)

Required profile

  • Education : Engineering Diploma
  • Experience: 5years + in a similar position with track records in subsea construction / decommissioning activities involving DP LCVs equipped with AHC crane and WROVs & specific tooling.
  • Certification: Valid BOSIET/HUET would be a plus
  • Main Skills: Result Oriented, Dynamic, Strong ability to cope with multicultural environment, resilient to stress (fast track project)
