Job Description

Contract Coordination :

Responsible for contract administration of allocated projects, including all commercial and contract activities associated with main contract and all subcontract and supplier requirements.

  • Commercial and contractual support to the Project team on all aspects of Client contract and subcontract management
  • Effective management of all project contractual and commercial documentation.
  • Ongoing administration and commercial support of subcontracts
  • Management of variation control process for both contracts and subcontracts.
  • Support Project Manager on any aspect of the project execution which deviates from the requirements of the client contract
  • Administration of Contract and Subcontracts: formal correspondence, Invoicing, Change Orders, Liaison with Insurance, Legal Departments…
Subcontracts Coordination :

Assist the Project Manager in finding partners / subcontractors to deliver the Project.

Responsible for the preparation of all subcontracts/POs (from preparation of RFQs until signature) and their follow-up

Procurement :

Submission of RFQs in collaboration with the Engineering team and Project Manager, including vendor selection, qualification, bid review, comparison, clarifications and award

Development of appropriate subcontracts with main subcontractors

Management of Project POs required by Project Engineers and Manager and establishment POs
